| 摘 要： | 高校图书采访人员素养的高低,将直接决定藏书结构和文献资料的质量,从而影响图书馆的整体水平,因而提升采访人员的素养十分重要。本文主要从职业道德、技能、公共关系以及法律素养四个方面来阐述如何成为一名合格的采访人员。

| Abstract: | The level of the quality of the college library collector will directly determine the collection structure and the quality of the documentation and then influence the integral level of the library,so it is very important to enhance the quality of the collector.This paper elaborates how to become a qualified collector mainly from the four aspects as professional ethics,skills,public relations and legal quality. |
