明代登闻鼓制度

明代继承完善了前朝的登闻鼓制度，明确规定了登闻鼓案件的受理时间、受案范围和审理部门等内容。登闻鼓制度对平反冤假错案有一定的积极作用，但因时代及其自身制度的局限，并不能完全杜绝冤狱的产生。

In the Ming Dynasty the system of Deng Wen Drum in the previous dynasty was succeed and consummated,some stipulations about Deng-Wen-Drum case were explicated in the time of case acceptance,the scope of case acceptance and judicial department and so on.The system of Deng Wen drum plays a positive role in rehabilitating unjust,false and erroneous cases to a certain content,but limitation exists in history and system itself,it cannot stop unjust verdict completely.
