| 摘 要： | 以梳唇石斛为材料,研究不同激素配比对外植体诱导、分化、增殖和生根的影响.实验结果表明,诱导外植体分化增殖效果较好的培养基为:MS+6-BA1.5mg/L+NAA0.4mg/L,生根效果较好的培养基为:1/2MS+香蕉泥(100g/L)+NAA(0.1 mg/L).

| Abstract: | The experiment was conducted by usingDendrobium strongylanthumRchb.f.as the materianl to study the effects of different proportions of hormones on inducing differentiation,growth,propagation and rooting of the cactus ex-plants.The results of experiment are as follows.The optimummedium for the induction differentiation and propagation is MS 6-BA(1.5mg/L) NAA(0.4mg/L),the optimummedium for rooting is 1/2MS banana(100g/L) NAA(0.1 mg/L). |
