| 摘 要： | 反倾销措施作为WTO所允许的贸易政策工具将会在WTO框架内长期存在,中国加入世界贸易组织后,其他国家或地区将依赖反倾销和反补贴措施来打击中国产品,保护本国产业.因此,当前我国政府部门和出口企业应加强联手,积极应对,采取有效措施以预防国外对华的反倾销.

| Abstract: | Anti - dumping police will remain long time as an legal trading police in WTO field. After China had entered WTO, other countries or trading area could again Chinese products with police of anti - dumping or anti - allowance for the benefit of their own productions. In this case, our government and export enterprises should enhance cooperation actively for such anti- dumping police with effective approaches. |
