从《安提戈涅》看自然法的精神

索福克勒斯著作《安提戈涅》被一些哲学家和法学家视作与自然法的形成有莫大的关联。亚里士多德认为安提戈涅提出的天条神律揭示了自然法的实质。自然法是神定的法律,是宇宙中的最高理性。安提戈涅的鲜血警醒了许多人,法律如果不关怀人性,最终只会成为统治阶级背离人性、欺压人性的工具。人伦精神应自始至终地融汇于法律之中,成为其正义的支撑力。

The Spirit of Nature Law: From A Scope of Antigone

Antigone,wrote by Sophocles,is considered by some philosophers and jurists as a masterpiece which has great relations with the birth of nature law.The great Aristotle took the view that the gospel brought up by Antigone discloses the essential of nature law.The nature law is the rules established by god and the tiptop reasons in the universe.The sacrifice of Antigone awoke of many people that if the law does not care for human nature,it will become the weapon used by dominator to suppress humanity.The spirit of humanity should become a part of law and the base of morality.
