| 摘 要： | 国内学者对孟德斯鸠与卢梭在思想观点上不尽相同的地方均进行过深入系统的研究,但研究重点多从“法”的角度出发,忽略了更为重要的“自由”思想。文章主要从两种“自由”思想的内容入手,以两位思想家的代表著作为载体,旨在分析他们对于自由思想认识的异同及其对后世产生的深远影响。

| Abstract: | Chinese scholars have done a lot of work on the difference between Montesquieu and Rousseau's philosophy,most of which are from the perspective of "law" ignoring their philosophy of "freedom" which is more important.The paper analyzes the difference and similarity of the their thought of freedom from the content of their philosophy based on their masterpiece. |
