| 摘 要： | 勤工助学是高校资助体系的重要组成部分,不仅可以有效缓解大学生的经济困难,而且有利于提升大学生就业能力。本文在界定勤工助学与大学生就业能力内涵的基础上,探索勤工助学与大学生就业能力之间的内在联系,并以勤工助学为载体,提出促进大学生就业能力提升的具体策略。
