美、德应用型大学教育模式及对我国的启示

经济社会的发展对高素质人才的实践能力的要求不断提高,应用型大学建设及人才培养日益受到广泛关注。应用型大学是以地方经济社会发展为导向的新型大学,是经济社会发展、科技进步、高等教育大众化的必然产物。在我国应用型大学的发展仍处于起步阶段的同时,美国、德国的应用型大学建设取得了成功并在经济建设中发挥了重要作用,其办学经验对我国应用型大学的建设具有重要的借鉴意义。

With the rapid development of economic society posing increasingly high demand to the practical ability of high-quality talents,application-oriented university construction and talent training have already drawn wide attention. Application-oriented univer-sities are a new type of universities oriented by the development of local economy and the necessary product of the development of eco-nomic society,scientific and technological progress and higher education popularization. It has successfully developed in America and Germany,and played an important role in economic development;comparatively its development in our country is still in its initial stage and therefore their good running experience provides us important reference for its development in China.
