摘    要:为充分发挥学校教师和企业专家各自的优势,本文提出一种学校与企业联合开发课程的模式——企业全程、多维参与构建课程体系。在纵向上,让企业参与到课程的全过程,在横向上,从多个维度与企业合作,明确企业和学校各自的作用,一纵一横体现全方位的概念,共同构建创新人才培养平台。培养学生在熟练掌握高技能的同时,具有较高知识层次、较强创新能力。让学生不再做简单的技术操作,而是成为复合的高级技术人才。增强课程教学的丰富性、全面性,创建灵活的项目融合方式,增强学生的就业优势,为社会培养合格人才。

Abstract:In order to make the most advantage of school teachers and enterprise experts, this paper puts forward a method of curriculum development based on the school-enterprise cooperation mechanism in which the enterprises can participate in the whole process of curriculum design. On the other hand, higher vocational colleges can cooperate with enterprises from other perspectives. The roles of enterprises and the colleges are clearly identified through the cooperation. Upon the cooperation, both sides establish an innovation platform of personnel training in which college students are trained into qualified people not only with profound knowledge but also with excellent skills as well as innovation ability. On the basis of this method, courses can be designed into different projects flexibly which can greatly benefit students in employment.
