| 摘 要： | “三个代表”重要思想是十六大报告的灵魂和主线。报告就这一重要思想做出了全新的闻释,提出了许多新论断、新要求。正确认识这些新论断、新要求,对切实贯彻十六大精神,全面建设小康社会,开创中国特色社会主义事业新局面具有重要意义。
