| 摘 要： | 建设学习型党组织是一个系统工程,对学习型党组建设织进行绩效评估是建设学习型党组织的重要环节。正确界定学习型党组织绩效评估以及认识其重要性,在评估过程中坚持党性与科学性相统一、动机与效果相统一、定性与定量相统一、静态与动态相统一的原则是当前学习型党组织建设绩效评估的重要保障。

| Abstract: | The evaluation of the performance is indispensable to the process of scientifically building a learning leadership.The evaluation system should emphasize in its scientifcity,feasibility,accuracy and comparability as basic requirements while maintaining the such principles：combination of motivation and effect,quality and quantity,as well as steadiness and dynamics.The basic methods of evaluation include fuzzy and customized approaches. |
