超前小导管在隧道穿越软弱围岩中的应用

温福铁路秦屿隧道出口段穿越受断层破碎带影响的软弱围岩地段时滲水量大、掉块严重,施工中采用超前小导管辅以水泥——水玻璃双液注浆止水加固,三台阶临时仰拱法开挖的处理方案,取得了良好的工程效果。文章结合工程实践介绍这种方案的成功运用。

Application of Advance Canal to Soft Rock Tunnel

Qinling tunnel exit appeared large water leakage and severe fall-block crossing the soft rock section influenced by fault fracture zone. Advance canal supplementally with cement-silicate double solution grouting was adopted to stop water and reinforce and three-bench temporary invert method was used to excavate. This scheme achieved good effect. The successful application of this scheme was introduced with the engineering practice.
