摘    要:加强校长对新课程领导能力和作用的培训是建设高素质、专业化的校长队伍的一项重要举措,也是有效开发校长人力资源的便捷途径。教学课程改革是全球性趋势。我国当前所进行的课程改革的目的是谋求课程基础性、多样性和选择性的统一,促进全体学生的和谐发展。课程改革不仅是教科书的改变,而是教育理念、学校管理与制度、教师专业发展、教学体系、学校资源利用与开发,学校文化建设的整体变革。作为校长,处在课改的前沿,明确自己的任务和充分发挥好自己的作用,是推动学校课改的关键,加强校长课改培训是当务之急。

Abstract:It is an important act of building a high-quality, specialized team of headmasters to lead the new curriculum reform and a effective means to exploit human resources. The curriculum reform is a world-wide tendency. The goal of the curriculum reform in our country is the harmonious development of all students and the unification of essentiality, diversity and selectivity of curricula. The curriculum reform is not only the change in the textbook, but also the overall conversion of education idea, school management and institution, teachers' development in specialty, teaching system, the exploitation of school resources and the cultural construction. Any headmaster when faced with the curriculum reform should be aware of his own duty and role. So training the headmaster is urgent.
