| Abstract: | The present study shows the importance of restucturing phyical education teacher's personal quality by the methods of literature. This artcle points out that every physical eduation teacher should try to improve his personal quality and restructure his knowledge in every aspect so that he can adapt himself to the social development and meet the needs of the 21st century. |
