| Abstract: | Corporate culture, as the management theory and method of modern enterprise, is much more appreciated by enterprise and academic circles both abroad and domestically. Viewed from the world economy and enterprise development in recent years, there is an obvious interaction between knowledge-based economy and corporate culture. The culture, just as knowledge capital, has become motive power for the enterprise to yield economical proceeds. |
