| Abstract: | The 18th National Congress of CPC aimed to make education satisfactory to the people. Accordingly, community education should also aim to make it satisfactory to its citizens. For such a purpose, community education should closely consider the realty of specific community and strive to make it develop in a scientific, sustainable and qualified way. |
