| Abstract: | With the rapid increase of Chinese non-public enterprises, the conflicts about labor relations become relatively prominent, thereby labor contract law provides the legal status for the regional industry-based collective contracts. The implementation of the regional industry-based collective contract becomes an important condition to break the difficult situation of small and medium enterprises＇ right-safeguarding and construct a harmonious labor relationship. |
