“至大新政”与元武宗时期的海运

摘    要:海运江南粮至大都(今北京),是元朝政府应对南北经济差异,保障京师用粮的重要举措.桑哥秉政时期,曾出现元代海运史上的第一次高峰.元武宗印位后,推行"至大新政",加强海运管理,提高运粮船户待遇,海运数又逐渐攀升,形成了元代海运史上的第二次高峰.

Abstract:It is considered as an important measure to transport the crops from the south to the capital city known as Beijing today. The principal purpose is to balance the regional economic differences and to satisfy the priority demand in the capital. The sea transport sees its first climax during the rule of Sangge in the Yuan Dynasty, Since Wuzong succeeds the throne, capital supply deal is advocated, the sea transport intensively administered, shipping better profited, Consequently there is the second climax of the sea transport in Yuan Dynasty.
