烃基磁性流体的制备

摘    要:为提高以性能优越的合成烃为载液的磁性流体磁稳定性和化学稳定性,用化学共沉淀法制备粒径10nm的Fe3O4作磁粉,经复合表面活性剂改性,在适当温度条件下通过高速搅拌制得合成烃基磁性流体。通过控制磁粉及复合表面活性剂的加入量,可以得到各种磁饱和强度的合成烃基磁性流体。高温胶化试验结果表明使用复合表面活性剂改性得到的合成烃基磁性流体具有更优越的磁稳定性和化学稳定性。

Abstract:In order to improve the magnetic and chemical stability of the synthetic hydrocarbon that is based on ferro- fluids,and by which,synthetic hydrocarbons were used as their carriers.The Fe_3O_4 nano-particles are used as magnetic particles that were prepared by a chemical co-deposition,to get Fe_3O_4 nano-particles with diameter 10nm,then to be modified by a kind of composite surfactant,and blended in a high speed under suitable temperature.The various magnetization saturation of the synthetic hydrocarbon that based on ferro-fluids can be controlled by the changing of the dosage of magnetic particles and the chemical co-deposition.Results of high temperature gel experiments show that the synthetic hydrocarbon based on ferro-fluids prepared in such a way can acquire quite excellent property of magnetic and chemical stability.
