| Abstract: | Today,our country education systern is increasingly perfected with more and more legislations However legislation on adult education is still a blindspot.This thesis aims to impulse to adult education legislation in our country by describing and comparing legislations on lifelong education between Japan and the Southern Korea, demonstrating the rule that to develop lifelong education must depend on laws.Some beneficial implications are obtained. |
