| 摘 要： | 推进工学结合,勤工俭学的人才培养模式,旨在坚持以就业为导向.有效促进学生就业.浙江机电职业技术学院在施行"工学结合"人才模式的过程中积极探索,大胆实践.开展学校与企业联合、实施学生工学结合.不断深化职业教育办学模式和人才培养模式的改革,有效地提高了毕业生就业的竞争力.
