摘    要:“钻石体系理论”运用于地方性高校毕业生就业的指导,对四大要素:生产要素(即生源质量)、需求要素(专业市场需求)、相关产业和竞争对手进行了剖析,提出了突出地方特色,降低与名牌高校就业重叠度;坚持服务地方社会的办学方向;完善地方特色的职业生涯和创业教育指导体系;毕业生要给自己就业准确定位;招生应随就业率的变化而调整。

Abstract:Diamond system theory, used as a theory to guide the employment work for local universities, has analyzed four elements as the quality of students, the market needs, the related areas and rivals. Therefore, five suggestions are proposed. The first is showing the local characteristics with less employment overlapping with famous universities. The second is insisting on the direction of serving the local place. The third is improving career education system. The forth is suitable career positioning of graduates. The last is adjusting the enrollment according to the employment.
