我国地区收入差距的环境效应分析

本文考察了中国经济高速增长过程中的地区收入差距变动与生态环境恶化问题，证明了收入差距加大并不会导致环境恶化，在经济发展的一定阶段，收入差距的加大甚至有可能阻止环境进一步恶化。本文还考察了包括扶贫等旨在缩小地区差距的经济政策对生态环境的影响，并从生态环境保护的角度指出了较优的地区收入差距干预政策。

The Impact of the Regional Income Disparity in China on Environment

The paper investigates the trend of regional income disparity and environmental degradation in the rapid economic growth of China. It has been proved that environmental degradation is not the necessary result of the growing income disparity. And it is probably that the growing income disparity might prevent the more serious environmental degradation in a certain stage of economical development. The paper also analyzes the impact of economic policy measures on ecology and environment, including the policies for reducing the regional disparity such as the policy of poverty alleviation. In the end, the intervention policy on regional income disparity is proposed from the perspective of protection on the ecology and environment.
