| Abstract: | Based on the theoretical assumption and sample surveys,this paper discusses the impact and mechanism of psychological property on workers' attitude and behavior in hospitality industry.The result shows that: psychological property,as a positive mood,not only directly affects the working attitude and behavior,but also indirectly affects them through the mediator variable. |
