| 摘 要： | 奈达和严复是两位著名的翻译理论家,他们都具有丰富的翻译实践经验。奈达从《圣经》翻译提出了动态对等即读者同等反应论;严复从《天演论》等西方哲学社会科学名著的翻译中提出了信达雅原则。二者的理论既有相似之处,又有不同方面。通过比较,奈达的理论是翻译的文本构建标准,而严复的理论是翻译的美学标准。

| Abstract: | Eugene A.Nida and Yan Fu are famous translation theorists.Nida's theory is Dynamic Equivalence and Yan Fu's is faithfulness,expressiveness and elegance.This paper discusses their theories' similarity and difference,and put forwards that their theories are translation's construction criterion and aesthetic criterion respectively. |
