| 摘 要： | 冷战结束后,美国成为全球唯一超级大国。面对知识经济迅猛发展,全球化进程骤然加速的国际态势,美国在调整其对外政策中将民主输出置于本国对外战略的重要地位。在全球化背景下,美国的对外民主输出以国家利益和国家安全为依托,出现了与以往不同的新特点,并且对国际关系产生了深刻的影响。
