| 摘 要： | 层进是一种富有表现力的修辞手段。恰当地运用层进不仅可以加强语言气势,鲜明地表达思想内容,还能使语言句式整齐,节奏分明,富有感染力。文章探讨了英语层进辞格的特点、结构类型及修辞功用,并指出运用这一修辞手段时应注意的方面。

| Abstract: | Climax is one kind of expressive rhetorical devices.The proper use of it can not only strengthen the power of sentences,express the meaning more clearly but also make the sentence pattern more orderly and more rhythmic,which thus impresses the audience more deeply.The paper explores this rhetorical device by means of its structure,type and rhetoric function and at the same time points out the problems which must be paid attention to. |
