| Abstract: | Honesty and credit is a commercial morality rule shaped in market economic activities. It is also one of the basic principles in the Civil Law. It consists of the foundation of practicing the law. Honesty and credit is the base for a lawyer to expand his service field and to improve the quality of his service; it is the premise for him to consummate his image and the key for him to enhance his qualities. |
