| 摘 要： | 卓越工程师教育培养计划以培养造就一大批创新能力强、适应经济社会发展需要的高质量各类型工程技术人才为目标,为3+1应用型人才培养提供了极好的机遇。从机械类专业3+1人才培养模式的时代背景入手,探讨机械类3+1应用型人才培养的路径,并探究实施机械类专业3+1应用型人才培养改革与实践,以期为培养卓越工程师奠定基础。
