摘    要:学生智力和能力的差异是客观存在的,脱离实际"一刀切",要求学生齐头并进,势必给教学带来严重的负面影响.为让每一个学生都能在原有的基础上得到发展,教法上就要有所改进和创新.实施分层次教学不失为一种有价值的探索.

Abstract:There are differences of intelligence and aptitude among students, to which teachers must pay much attention. In order to let every student make progress teaching methods ought to be improved. Actually, it is a good approach to divide students into a few studying levels in teaching mathematics.
