| Abstract: | The great success has been achieved in the cooperation in higher education abroad,for the government supports it chiefly and the society offers it lots of opportunity.The pater believes that the major enlighttnment of the cooperation between scientific research and production in higher education abroad is that we should develop the school-run industry and the transform of new scientific achientific achievement so as to promote the standard of the education. |
