当代我国班级生活的独特育人价值及其开发之研究

我国中小学班级生活是一个独特的教育实践领域,其固有的"团体格局式"的建制方式、班级生活主体的互动生成性以及传统"班干部"与"班级主题活动"的当代变革,都蕴含着丰富的育人价值。然而,在当代,班级日常生活所固有的重复性、既定性和传统班级生活的时代不适应性等现象产生了一定的消极作用,因而我们应自觉地重视和开发班级生活的积极育人价值。

Study on the Unique Educating Value and How to Develop It in the Contemporary Chinese Class Life

Chinese primary and secondary class life is a special field of educational practice, whose specific group structure, interactive generativeness of class life subjects, and contemporary reformation of traditional class cadres and subject's activities all have rich educating values.However, in the contemporary times, the issues of repetition, existing features, inadaptability in traditional daily class life have produced lots of negative effects.So we should actively put emphasis on and develop the educating values of class life.
