| Abstract: | On the condition of socialist market economy,it is worth recognizing and defending the property of public good in education running by local people.It is helpful to making some rules improving education running by local people which guarantee the healthy development of whole education.The paper attempts to analyse the property of public good in education running by local people from the lawful point of view. |
