| 摘 要： | 本文在对发展中国家留学生滞留留学国不归现象进行现象进行理论探讨分析的基础上，建立了一个发展中国家留学生归国与否决定因素模型，并运用该模型，并运用该模型对发展中国家留学生不归现象进行了一定和蔼的对策分析，对该问题的解决提出了一系列建议办法。

| Abstract: | On the basis of theoretical discussion and analysis on the phenomenon of overstaying of students from developing countries, the paper established a decisive factor model based on whether a studying abroad student return to his or her motherland, made some countermeasure analysis on the phenomenon to some extent, and put forward a series of suggestion for solving the problem as well. |
