| 摘 要： | 通过对新生的心理问卷调查，分析了大学新生面对新的环境容易出现的种种困惑和焦虑，及其造成新生这些心理特点的原因，从五个方面探索了如何从新生的心理实际出发，掌握新生的心里特征，做好新生思想政治教育工作的问题。

| Abstract: | Through the statistics of freshmen＇s psychological questionnaire, freshmen＇s confusion and anxiety and the causes for these psychological characteristics are analyzed in the new environment. How to master the freshmen＇s psychological characteristics and undertake their ideological and political education on five aspects are expounded. |
