试析德国功能学派对翻译理论界的影响

以"目的论"为代表的德国功能学派的出现,标志着翻译研究的全面转向:即由原先占主导地位的语言学以及侧重形式的翻译理论,转向更加注重功能和社会文化因素的翻译理论。这一重大转向把翻译从原语的奴役中解放出来,从译者的新视角来诠释翻译活动,从而为译论界开辟了一条新的思路,拓展了一片新的视野;鉴于此,本文作者尝试对功能派译论给世界尤其是中国译论界带来的深远影响作一些探讨。

On the Influence on the Translation Theoretical Circle by German Functional School

The emergence of the Skopos theory proposed by German Functional School indicates the over-all turn of the translation studies.That is,the turn is taken from the translation studies dominated by the linguistics and formalism to more emphasis on the functional and social cultures.It has emancipated the translation from the enslavement of the source language,expounded the translation activities from the translators' new perspectives,and opened up a new and vast field for the translation theoretical circle.In view of the far-reaching influence of the functional school on translation theoretical circles in China as well as the rest of the world,the author in this essay makes a tentative exploration into it.
