| 摘 要： | 新入校的高职生对新环境有多方面的不适应,搞好入学教育十分重要,教育的主要内容有同学关系教育、安全法纪教育、专业教育及学习方式教育、励志教育等,主要途径有做好迎新和军训工作、开好班会和开展好课外活动,做到集体教育与个别教育相结合。

| Abstract: | In technical institutes,the freshmen can not adapt themselves to new environment,so it is important to educate them.The education contents include interpersonal relationship,safety and law,major basics,studying methods and ambition guidance,etc.The main methods are: welcoming the freshmen and showing concern to their military training,organizing class meetings regularly and enriching extracurricular activities,combining mass and individual education. |
