| 摘 要： | 司法实践中屡有发生的因被继承人死亡使得其债权人的债权得不到清偿的现象。解决这一问题,应确立有条件的有限责任继承原则;建立遗产管理制度;规定继承人明确放弃继承的期限。

| Abstract: | This paper focuses on the phenomenon that the creditor's rights can not be obtained because of the death of the inheritee, which often happens in current judicial practice. Three solutions are put forward as follows: raising a principle of conditional limited dusty; establishing a system of inheritance management; regulating the deadline of giving up the inheritance. |
