摘    要:“食品生物化学”是一门食品学科的基础必修课,是学好食品科学类相关课程的基础。“智慧树”是一种学分课程共享平台,内含丰富课程学习资源,利用该平台能很好地实现线上教学。利用“智慧树”线上资源,结合线下见面课课程,实现混合式教学,提高学生学习的主动性、积极性,加强师生互动,开展针对性教学,实现“食品生物化学”混合式教学,打造“食品生物化学”精品课程。

Application of Blended Learning Based on "Zhihuishu" in "Food Biochemistry"

Abstract:Food Biochemistry is a basic compulsory course in food science,and it is the basis for learning related food science courses."Zhihuishu"is a credit course sharing platform,which contains rich learning resources,and the online teaching can be well realized by using this platform.With the online resources of"Zhihuishu"and the offline courses,we can achieve mixed teaching,improve student learning initiative and enthusiasm,strengthen teacher-student interaction and carry out targeted teaching,and create the excellent course of Food Biochemistry.
