| 摘 要： | 在高校学生社区管理过程中运用网格化管理模式很有必要,它的应用是对传统管理模式的改革与创新,可基本满足现阶段学生成长与发展需求,文章主要针对高校学生社区管理过程中网格化管理模式的应用思路进行分析与探讨,并提出相应的建议。

| Abstract: | The application of grid management model is particularly necessary in the management process of college student communities.Its application is undoubtedly a reform and innovation of traditional management models,which can basically meet the needs of student growth and development at this stage.This paper mainly discusses the application ideas of grid management model in the management process and puts forward corresponding suggestions. |
