摘    要:中国大学课程体系受欧美国家大学课程变革的影响而不断演进,总体上呈现出"跟跑"的依附特征并凸现出一些弊端:对相互冲突的价值主题和合不够,课程体系目标与取向显有偏失;课程统整迟滞、存有误区,课程内容割裂和课程结构相对单一僵化;对人才培养目标的支撑不力,课程体系育人功能较为平庸。大学优化构建一批主题突出、科学适用、特色鲜明的课程体系,有赖于富有解释力、指导力的教育理论的指引。SIRF理论便是基于课程体系目标与取向、课程内容与结构和课程体系价值与功能的多重耦合机理,系统把握新业态下大学教学呈现的新特征和专业建设定位而形成的理论果实。基于SIRF理论提出的课程体系优化方略是:开发彰显功能,增强"服务性";统合祛除割裂,提升"统整性";协商摒弃僵化,促成"丰富性";改造超越套用,增进"效用性"。

Abstract:Subject to the influence of curriculum reform in European and American universities,the constant evolving of our university curriculum system generally presented the characteristics of"being followers"and displayed some flaws,For example,the curriculum system’s target and orientation is biased;combination of conflicting values and themes is insufficient;curriculum integration is sluggish and erroneous;curriculum content is fragmented and curriculum structure is relatively rigid;the educational function of the curriculum system is mediocre;and the support for the training target is not strong.The optimization and construction of a series of curriculum system with prominent theme,scientific applicability and distinctive features depends on the guidance of educational theory with explanatory power.Theory of SIRF,which is based on multiple-coupling mechanism of curriculum system’s target and orientation,content and structure,value and function,is the theoretical fruit resulting from wholly grasping the new characteristics of universities’teaching and orientation of specialty construction in the New Industry.Based on the"SIRF"thought,the optimization strategy of the curricula system is to highlight functions by development and enhance"service";to dispel division by improving"integration";to cast aside fossilization by negotiation and promote"richness";and to go beyond mechanical application by remolding and enhance"functionality".
