| 摘 要： | 青年教师作为高校师资队伍的生力军,其教学能力的培养与高等教育质量息息相关。研究关注高校青年教师的教学能力提升,在探讨影响高校教师教学能力提升的影响因素基础上,提出青年教师教学能力的提升策略,以期为高校青年教师教学能力和高校师资队伍整体教学水平的提高提供参考。

| Abstract: | As a new force of teachers in colleges and universities,young teachers’teaching ability is closely related to the quality of higher education.Focusing on improving young teachers'teaching ability,this study analyzes the factors influencing the improvement of the teaching ability of young teachers,and puts forward the strategies for the improvement of the teaching ability of young teachers in colleges and universities.The aim is to provide reference for the improvement of young teachers’teaching ability and the overall teaching level of teachers in colleges and universities. |
