美国物理治疗行为标准对中国康复课程思政的启示

摘    要:构建中国康复治疗人才课程思政教育教学体系,建立和完善课程思政有效性评价指标和标准是关键点,更是难点。该文全面系统地介绍了美国物理治疗专业行为发展评估工具的历史沿革和创立发展过程,从批判性思维、交流技巧、问题解决能力、人际互动、责任意识和行为、专业主义、使用建设性/结构性反馈、有效利用时间和资源、压力管理及致力于终生学习等十个维度详尽介绍了分级指标的具体内涵,探讨了此专业行为发展分级标准对中国康复课程思政教育的启示和借鉴意义,并基于此提出了中国康复课程思政有效性评价指标体系的初步设想。

Abstract:Establishing and perfecting effective evaluation indicators and standards of"curriculum ideology and politics"is the key point for constructing the ideological and political education and teaching system of Chinese rehabilitation therapy courses.It is critical but very difficult.This paper comprehensively and systematically introduces the historical evolution and the creation and development process of the American physical therapy professional behavior assessment tool from the aspects of critical thinking,communication,problem-solving,interpersonal skills,responsibility,professionalism,use of constructive feedback,effective use of time and resources,stress management,and commitment to lifelong learning,etc.The specific contents of the grading indicators are introduced in details,and the enlightenment and reference value of this professional behavior development grading standards to the ideological and political education of Chinese rehabilitation courses is discussed.Based on this,we put forward a preliminary idea on the effectiveness evaluation index system of ideological and political education of Chinese rehabilitation therapy courses.
