应用PDCA改进进修医师学术讲座内容

摘    要:贯穿进修医师培训全过程不可或缺的是建立持续性改进的质量控制体系,不断完善进修医师培训体系。制定适应传染病医院不同岗位特点和知识技能需求的进修医师教学培训体系,保持教学制度规范、层次目标明确、培训实施合理、质量持续改进的实用性教学,在持续改进过程中,结合实际工作情况逐个问题拟定解决方案,按照PDCA理论探索建立传染病专业进修医师培训教学质量控制环。

Abstract:It is essential to establish a continuous improvement quality control system throughout the entire process of training for doctors engaged in advanced study.By establishing a training system for doctors engaged in advanced study that adapts to the characteristics of different positions and skill requirements of infectious disease hospitals,it is possible to make sure that the practical teaching is carried out with standardized teaching systems,clear objectives,reasonable training implementation,and continuous quality improvement.In the process of continuous quality improvement,solutions are proposed based on the actual situation,and according to the PDCA theory,the quality control loop for the training and teaching for doctors engaged in advanced study majoring in infectious diseases is explored and established.
