近现代我国高校推荐入学制的流变

从民国时期的"保送入学"到"工农兵推荐上大学",再到"中学校长实名推荐入学制"的探索实践,均出现了招录机会不公、腐败滋生等诸多流弊,这也使得高校招生制度对推荐入学方法存在着反反复复的限制和割舍。推荐入学制常常作为考试制的一种补充而时隐时现,呈现出周期性的特点。人才的选拔需要考试制与推荐制互为补充,才能建构起更为科学的高校招生入学制度,但在此之前,先要有效处理推荐入学制的流弊问题。高校招生必须进行人才选拔科学化和维护社会公平相统一的制度完善。

The Evolution of Recommendation for College Admission in Modern China

There were many disadvantages such as unfair recruitment opportunities and corruption in the practice of college admission recommendation,from"recommendation for admission","recommendation for workers,peasants and soldiers"to"real-name recommendation by principals of middle schools",during the period of Republic of China and modern China.These disadvantages repeatedly limited and changed the college admission methods;therefore,the recommendation for college admission was often used as a supplement and appeared periodically.In order to establish a more scientific college entrance system,the examination system and the recommendation system should be complementary to each other in the selection of talents and the disadvantages in the recommendation should be dealt with effectively.The establishment of a more scientific college admission system requires the institutional improvement that combines science and social equity in talents selection.
