| 摘 要： | 为了构建一流大学与一流学科,高校需根据自身实际情况,适时转变传统教学模式,实行多元化教学方式方法,寻求基于校企合作的应用技术型人才培养方案,以便于最大程度地适应双一流建设下高校电气工程专业人才培养的个性化需求。该文以高校电气工程专业为载体,提出了一些有效的应用技术型人才培养方案,以期能够在适应双一流形势的基础上,为社会培养更多优秀人才。

| Abstract: | In order to build first-class universities and first-class disciplines,colleges and universities should timely change the traditional teaching model according to their own actual situation,apply diversified teaching methods,and seek the training scheme for applied technical talents based on school-enterprise cooperation,in order to meet the personalized needs in talent training of electrical engineering major in colleges and universities under the background of"double first-class"construction.Taking the electrical engineering major as the carrier,this paper puts forward some effective training schemes of applied technical talents,in order to train more outstanding talents for the society under the background of"double first-class"construction. |
