摘    要:教育和产业是紧密联系且可以互相促进的两大系统,二者的互动结合可以产生巨大的社会经济效益。近年来,各大高校响应国家"双一流"发展战略,提出要通过学科群的建设来实现科研及教学水平的提高,并以科研创新带动产业发展的提质增速,以优质人才服务国家重大战略建设。然而目前产教融合实践仍以职业院校居多,研究型高校的一流学科群如何引领产教深度融合还缺乏理论研究。鉴于此,研究通过对中国137所"双一流"建设高校学科群建设方案的调查分析,并借鉴世界一流高校学科群的建设模式,提出应从合作机制、组建模式、制度结构、资源配置等方面入手,增强一流学科群引领产教深度融合的内生动力;从供需匹配、政策供给、中间组织协调、建立产教融合服务平台等方面实现一流学科群对产教深度融合的实践引领作用。

Abstract:Education and industry are two systems that are closely linked and can promote each other.The interaction and combination of the two can produce huge socio-economic benefits.In recent years,as a response to the country’s"double first-class"development strategy,major universities have proposed to improve the level of scientific research and teaching through the construction of discipline groups,to promote the quality of industrial development through scientific research innovation,and to serve the country’s major strategic construction with high-quality talents.However,the current practice of integration of production and education still gathered in vocational colleges,and there is a lack of theoretical research on how the first-class discipline groups of research universities lead the deep integration of production and education.In view of this,by investigating the construction programs of discipline groups in China’s 137"double first-class"universities and by learning from the construction mode of the world-class universities,this research proposed that we should start with the cooperation mechanism,organizational model,institutional structure,and resource allocation to strengthen the endogenous motivation of the first-class discipline group to lead the deep integration of production and education.With the supply and demand matching,policy supply,and the establishment of intermediate organizations and production-education integration service platforms,we can realize the leading role of the first-class discipline group in the deep integration of production and education.
