江南大学食品学院研究生培养质量工程研究

为了支撑“食品科学与工程”一流学科建设,进一步提高江南大学食品学院研究生培养质量,该文分析了研究生教育资源配置、培养方案、师资队伍、监督管理、评价体系等方面存在的问题。通过构建以研究生为主体,“研究生导师库”“行业导师库”“督导库”三位一体的智慧化平台;修订“国际化”“多元化”“科学性”“交叉性”新的培养方案;打造以国际学术教育大师、交叉型导师、产业导师为稳定三角结构的导师团,和由中国工程院院士、资深导师领衔的督导队伍;建立关键环节公示报备制度,完善激励约束制度;形成多元化闭环评价体系,显著提升了江南大学食品学院研究生培养质量,对其他学科的研究生教育改革具有一定参考价值和借鉴意义。

Research on Postgraduate Training Quality Project in the School of Food Science and Technology in Jiangnan University

In order to support the construction of the first-class discipline of food science and engineering and further improve the quality of postgraduate training in the School of Food Science and Technology in Jiangnan University,the problems in the allocation of graduate education resources,training scheme,teaching staff,supervision and management,evaluation system and other aspects are analyzed in this paper.By taking postgraduate students as the subject,and through the construction of postgraduate tutors library,industry tutors library,and supervision library,the trinity intelligent platform is built.By revising the training scheme,the new scheme has the characteristics of"internationalization","diversification","scientificity"and"interdisciplinary".A stable triangle structure of international academic education masters,cross-discipline mentors and industry mentors,and a supervision team led by academicians of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and senior mentors are established.Public reporting system for key links of postgraduate education is invented,and the incentive and restraint system is improved,and a diversified closed-loop evaluation system has formed.By taking these measures,the quality of postgraduate training of the School of Food Science and Technology in Jiangnan University has been significantly improved.This paper has certain reference value and significance for the reform of postgraduate education in other disciplines.
