| 摘 要： | 分析了医学高职图书馆的馆藏资源现状，提出以“医学职业教育教学、教改、教研为中心、以实用性、方便性、发展性为原则，突出专业特色、加强人、注重实用、体现就业”作为馆藏信息资源建设发展思路，并探讨了调整馆藏结构、调整经费使用比例、提高馆员素质、拓展服务功能等应对措施。

| Abstract: | The article analyzes the present situation of the book-collections in the libraries of the senior vocational colleges for medical students and suggests that the development of the information resources of the library should concentrate on the teaching,teaching reform and teaching research,focus on the principles of practicality,convenience and development and it should give prominence to the special feature of the faculty,strengthening the literature,paying attention to practicality and realizing to be em-ployed for the students.The article also discusses the methods of adjusting the structure of the books,the using of the funds,im-proving quality of the librarians and expanding the service functions of the library and so on. |
