| 摘 要： | 本文是在作者多年参与管理信息系统开发的应用实践及参与《管理信息系统》、《软件工程》等课程教学的实践中摸索出来的一套系统培养软件开发能力的方法。结合笔者软件开发方法的研究,阐述了培养软件开发人员必须从软件开发方法研究,新技术和新理论的学习、综合能力的培养等方面进行。

In accordance with his study on the method of developing software , this article say that training a peron to develop software should begin with the study on the method of developing software , this article says that training a person to develop software should begin with the study on the method of developing seftware , the study on new technigues and theorie and the development of Compound ability. |
